Quality Control Specialist (Residential)
- 3-5 years of construction, quality control and safety experience
- 3-5 years of roofing experience
- Proficient with Quality Control Software
- Proficient with Construction Job Scheduling Software
- Knowledge of OSHA standards of workmanship in construction
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively with personnel at all levels
- Ability to set up jobs and purchase materials
- Great managerial skills, multi-tasking skills
- Valid state drivers license with good driving record
Residential Repairman
- Performs repairs on residential/commercial facilities and also construction repairs
- Develops estimates for various repair projects, secures bids, and recommends contractors
- Orders parts and materials for repair and construction jobs
- Coordinates and consults with other personnel and supervisory staff on projects
- Inspects roofs as required in daily work routines and as requested by supervisory staff
- Knowledgeable in all types of roofing: shingles, metal, rubber, TPO, EPDM, build up, etc
Residential Sales Rep
- Establish and maintain open communication lines with residential coordinator and quality control
- Present and sell services to potential customers
- Respond to and follow up on all assigned insurance authorization forms and to assigned projects daily and/or weekly Make direct communication and build strong relationships with insurance companies
- Schedule appointments/ meetings with insurance adjusters
- Perform all required responsibilities to present all possible roofing damages and solutions to homeowner and insurance adjusters
- Prepare presentations and proposals/sales contracts
- Identify and resolve homeowner’s concerns
- Take pictures of all possible roof damages and submit to residential coordinator
- Attend weekly and/or monthly meetings with the residential department
Laborer (Commercial)
- Lift and carry objects and materials of various weights up to 100 pounds.
- Repetitive climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending, and reaching over head.
- Use of hands and wrists with various tools.
- Climb ladders multiple times a day.
- Push and pull objects up to 100 pounds (sometimes suspended from hoist).
- Use of wheelbarrows and brooms.
- Repetitive use of hands and wrists using power, rotational, and vibration tools.
- Tolerate legally permissible exposure to dusts and chemicals, such as cement dust, solvents, and curing compounds.
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Tear off existing roofing materials
- Assist in application of roofing materials
- Clean up job site

- Inspects composition shingles, slate shingles, roofing tiles, built up, and metal roofs for leaks.
- Removes old roofs, installs roof insulation, felts bitumens and performs repairs as indicated to leaking roofs.
- Installs composition shingles, slate shingles, roofing tiles, and flashings.
- Applies cold process roof coatings.
- Erects rigging.
- Determines materials required for roof repairs, flashing repairs, and the installation of new roofs.
- May supervise other workmen and laborers in the repair and replacement of roofs.
- Performs related work as required.
- Considerable knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials, and methods utilized in roof repair and installation.
- Considerable knowledge of the hazards and safety requirements of the trade.
- Knowledge of various roofing materials and standard specifications for different roof types.
- Ability to remove and install roofs.
- Ability to erect necessary rigging.
- Ability to work at heights and on flat and inclined surfaces.
- Ability to supervise the work of others.
- Ability to climb ladders and set up work requirements in a safe manner.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
